Any additional Accounts identified will be closed without notice, and any associated balances (including winnings) may be withheld pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Malaysian IC number or passport number, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to promptly update any information that changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow unauthorised access to your Account. s68bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from Account access by unauthorised third parties due to your failure to maintain credential security.
s68bet may send verification codes to your registered mobile number or email address to confirm identity at login or before processing transactions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details remain current and accessible.
In order to protect the integrity of the Platform, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, s68bet requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing funds. KYC verification may also be requested at any time in connection with unusual account activity.
KYC verification requires you to submit the following documents:
KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. s68bet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
s68bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where KYC verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard, where documents submitted are determined to be fraudulent or altered, or where the identity of the Account holder cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.
s68bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Specific processing times and transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single-transaction and daily transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed at point of transaction. s68bet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are generally credited within 5 to 10 minutes. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times may vary during periods of high network activity or system maintenance.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to completed KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 MYT on Malaysian business days.
Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same payment method used for deposit. s68bet reserves the right to require additional verification where a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method from that used for deposit.
All Account balances, transactions, and bonus credits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of crediting.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by s68bet are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully met. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).
While a bonus is active in your Account, individual bet amounts are capped as specified in the relevant promotion terms (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or per game event). Placing bets that exceed this maximum whilst bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of each qualifying wager toward the rollover total. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Game-specific contributions are displayed within the terms of each promotion.
All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be fully cleared. Typical expiry windows range from 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus activation. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and unclearable winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
s68bet actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine play intention; collusion between Accounts; and use of automated betting software. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently closed.
All bets are accepted at s68bet's sole discretion. s68bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without notice, including — but not limited to — situations where the bet exceeds permitted stake limits, where there is reasonable suspicion of arbitrage activity, or where system errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance constitute the final odds for that wager. s68bet reserves the right to correct any manifest errors in displayed odds and to void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices.
Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sporting authority for the event in question. In cases of dispute, s68bet's decision on the outcome and settlement of bets shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC bouts, and other major competitions. In-play odds update in real time and bets are subject to acceptance delays inherent in live event processing. s68bet shall not be liable for delays caused by network latency between a User's device and our servers during in-play wagering.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s68bet Platform:
s68bet endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability and targets a 99.9% uptime standard. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, hosting or network provider issues, or circumstances beyond s68bet's reasonable control.
s68bet will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods. However, emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform's integrity or security. s68bet shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Members as a direct result of Platform unavailability, except where such unavailability results from s68bet's gross negligence.
All content on the s68bet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of s68bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written consent from s68bet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s68bet, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
s68bet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit s68bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting s68bet's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
s68bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or deceptive conduct, provided false information, or where s68bet has reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, reputational, or security risk.
Where an Account is closed due to proven breach of these Terms, s68bet reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account, including deposits and winnings, as compensation for damages incurred. Where closure occurs for other reasons, real-money balances will be returned as promptly as practicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the s68bet Platform shall in the first instance be referred to s68bet's customer support team for attempted resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent s68bet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorised use of its Platform.
s68bet reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. Where amendments are material, s68bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email or via a notice displayed on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.
